We are seeking an individual to work in our Houston office to work as a field engineer deploying storage solutions, replication, and virtualization solutions for our customers. In addition to the technical requirements, the candidate must understand the business value of implementing these solutions.  

What you need for success:

  • Must have experience with Storage Systems including design, architecture, implementation, and support (EMC and/or NetApp)
  • Fundamental experience with Server Virtualization technologies (VMware, XenApp, Hyper-V)
  • Fundamental experience with Backup and Replication solutions
  • Preferred experience with blade systems, networking protocols, and troubleshooting network related issues.
  • Outstanding communication skills – This is a 100% customer facing role.  The ability to articulate well in person and/or in written communication is key.
  • Provide necessary documentation and knowledge transfer to customers during and after project implementations.
  • Willingness to travel at least 40%.
